What are your operating hours?

In-store we are open daily from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m! Delivery operates from 8 a.m – 10 p.m

We update our deals weekly on our Deals and News page! Sign up for Haze Rewards and opt into email / text messaging to receive our deals and exclusive member rewards weekly.

Are taxes included in the listed prices?

Prices displayed in-store and online will show pre-tax pricing with taxes applicable at checkout.​

Does Haze offer First Time Customer deals?

Yes, we offer a 1st Time Offer and 2nd Time Offer Deals:

1st Visit Offers: Choose one of the following (cannot combine with other offers – valid on 1st visit only):

Do you accept medical recommendations and state cannabis cards?

Yes, we accept recreational and medical customers. Please upload your documentation to your account online or bring it in when you visit.

Do I need to follow any rules during my visit or when I order delivery service?

In accordance with state and local laws, the daily purchase limit amount is 1oz of cannabis and 8 grams of concentrates per person for recreational users. A qualified medical patient (or their primary caregiver) may possess no more than eight ounces of dried cannabis, six mature or 12 immature cannabis plants, or whatever amount of cannabis is consistent with the patient’s needs, according to the patient’s physician’s recommendation. Please do not open any purchased items in or around our property. We do not allow loitering or consumption in or around our property. No photos or videos are allowed inside the dispensary, and cell phones may only be used to show a discount or deal received by text or email or to scan a QR code from a poster.

I am 18 years old with a medical recommendation! Can I shop at Haze Dispensary?

Due to Santa Clara County ordinance, we are authorized to serve recreational and medical customers 21 years old or older

What forms of ID do you accept?

We accept all government-issued forms of photo ID, which include a CA Driver’s License/ID, any state IDs, US passports, and most foreign IDs and passports. Your form of ID must be verifiable by our age verification scanners. If you have an expired ID or passport, we can only accept it if you provide the official temporary form. 

Do you have curbside service?

No, we only offer pick-up when you place your order, and it’s ready for pick-up. You can pay in advance through Treez Pay or pay in-store with cash or card. Please use the express pick up line when you place an order online! There is a signposted by the line at our front doors. Usually, there is no wait or just a short one.

In-store, we accept debit, cash payment and ACH

Transaction fees apply. See store for more details. Haze accepts cash and ACH transfers for online pre-order pick-up and delivery orders through TreezPay.

The ATM fee is $2.29 per transaction plus any applicable fees your bank may charge.

The debit card fee is $3.50 per transaction plus any applicable fees your bank may charge. If you use a debit card, the purchase is rounded up to the nearest $10, and then you receive change.

For Example:
Purchase subtotal: $28.80
Debit Fee: $3.50
New Subtotal: $32.30
The debit card will be charged $40.00
Change you will receive: $7.70

You may receive reimbursement for your banking fees if you belong to a credit union, an online bank, or certain investment companies.

I scheduled a pick-up order. Do I have to wait in line?

Please use the express line when you place an order online! There is a signposted by the line at our front doors. Usually, there is no wait or just a short one.

Is there a cut-off time to schedule a same-day pick-up order?

The cut-off time to schedule a pick-up order is 9 p.m. You may walk in after that time instead of ordering ahead.

Q: I'm running late to my scheduled pick-up time! Can my order be held?

No worries, you have until we close to pick up your order!

Can I prepay with a debit card?

Customers who place pick-up orders are sent a link via text message to pre-pay. However, Express orders do not receive this link; they can pay with a card or cash when they come to the store.

Can I schedule a pick-up for a future date?

Yes, you can schedule a pick-up at a future time. Please set this time/date on your online order.

DELIVERY UPDATE:

Our dispatchers do not have texting capability as of 6/13/2024 therefore all delivery customers will receive a confirmation phone call from a dispatcher. All deliveries MUST be confirmed with a dispatcher prior to the delivery order getting processed.
 

When should I expect my delivery?

We provide a two-hour window for deliveries. During busy hours, this time frame may not apply. You will receive text message updates for your delivery and the driver’s ETA 

How can I pay for my delivery?

We currently accept cash and online pre-payment for delivery. Please add your valid mobile number to your account to receive the online payment text message.

Is there a cut-off time for delivery?

Yes, the time to place a delivery order is before 8 p.m.! During busy hours it may be earlier due to limited space in our delivery queue.

Do promotions apply to delivery orders?

Yes, most promotions and deals apply to delivery orders, with some exclusions that apply. However, only some in-store demo promotions qualify for delivery.

When will a product be restocked?

A: We receive new inventory daily, but restock days cannot be predicted. We list our weeks new and restocked products within our weekly newsletter.

What happens if I purchase a defective vape cartridge?

Defective vape cartridges may be evenly exchanged for the same cartridge or brand of the cartridge of equal value if it meets the following requirements:

  • It must be purchased within 7 days of receipt.
  • The defect is not due to the consumer’s improper storage or handling. Defects do not include disagreeable taste or effects.
  • The cartridge must be at least 50% full.
  • The cartridge must accompany the original packaging for product authentication and the battery you use for consumption. *The product batch number on the original packaging will enable the manufacturer to identify any issues.

How do I care for my vape cartridge?

Do not expose vape cartridges to extreme heat or water. Detach the cartridge from the battery when not in use. Place the rubber plug back on the bottom of the cartridge for more extended storage, and store it upright in a cool, dry place. Keep the battery connection clean by dabbing a cotton swab in rubbing alcohol, swabbing down the area where the cartridge connects to the battery, and letting it dry completely before use.

Do you sell clones or plants?

Yes, clones, plants, and seeds are available for purchase. Legal limits apply! Recreational customers can be in possession of 6 plants, and medical patients can have up to 12 plants or whatever amount that is noted on their recommendation.

Can I have seeds or clones delivered?

Yes, clones and seeds can be added to a delivery order.

When can I redeem my rewards points?

Points can only be redeemed in-store with a budtender. You earn points with every in-store and delivery purchase.

Do I need to buy something to redeem points?

No purchase is necessary to redeem your points in-store. You also may use points and pay the difference for higher-priced items. You can redeem a Reward Item for a minimum of $1.00. This adjustment ensures that we adhere to legal requirements.
